These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of flonopubco.com (the “Website”) and the purchase of any products from us. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

We trade under the brand name “The Flono Pub Co.” References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean FLONO PUB CO LTD.

  1. Eligibility

To place an order with us, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Provide accurate and complete personal and payment information.
Have a valid United Kingdom delivery address.

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.

  1. Products

We sell premium British pub glassware, including pint glasses, tankards, specialty glasses, and gift sets. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, finish, and dimensions may occur due to the handcrafted nature of certain items and differences in display screens.

We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Important: We do not sell alcohol, food, or any age-restricted products.

  1. Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. Prices do not include shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout.

We make every effort to ensure that prices are accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected order and refund any payment made.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Once an order is confirmed, the price will not change for that order.

  1. Placing an Order

When you place an order on our Website, you are making an offer to purchase the products subject to these Terms. We will send you an order confirmation email upon receipt of your order. This email confirms that we have received your order — it does not yet constitute acceptance.

A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email indicating that your order has been shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including (but not limited to) cases of:

Suspected fraud.
Stock unavailability.
Pricing or product description errors.
Inability to verify payment or delivery details.

If we cancel your order, we will refund any payment in full within 14 days.

  1. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order via Stripe Payments UK Limited. We accept major debit and credit cards. Your payment details are processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your full card information.

By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method used belongs to you (or that you have authorisation to use it) and that there are sufficient funds to cover the transaction.

  1. Delivery

Full delivery information is set out in our Shipping Policy.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of order confirmation. Standard delivery within the UK is via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (3-5 working days). Free standard delivery is offered on UK orders over £35.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Title in the products passes to you once we have received full payment.

  1. Personalisation and Engraving

Some of our products (notably The Flono Glass Tankard) can be personalised with engraving for an additional fee.

Personalised items are made to your specification and are non-refundable except in the case of manufacturing defect or our error. Please double-check spelling and dates before submitting your order — we cannot accept responsibility for typos provided by you.

Engraved orders take an additional 5 working days to dispatch.

  1. Returns and Refunds

Full return information is set out in our Refund Policy.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, except for personalised or engraved items.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, product images, brand names, and the trademarks “The Flono Pub Co.” and “FLONO” — is the property of FLONO PUB CO LTD or its licensors and is protected by United Kingdom and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without our prior written permission.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Subject to the above, our total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the price paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses.

  1. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, governmental actions, or carrier disruptions.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
